다람 계정 삭제 요청

앱을 사용할 수 있다면 설정 > 다람 계정 > 계정 삭제가 가장 빠릅니다. 앱에서 다시 로그인해 본인임을 확인한 뒤 즉시 삭제합니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

다람 계정에서 사용한 Apple 또는 Google 로그인 이메일 주소로 아래 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목은 “다람 계정 삭제 요청”으로 적어 주세요. 계정 소유 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 추가로 요청할 수 있습니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청

삭제되는 정보: 다람 앱 전체의 계정 기록, 서버 백업, 연결 앱 기록, 도토리 적립·사용 기록, Firebase Authentication 사용자. 기기 안의 가계부 기록은 원격으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 확인이 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제하며, 완료 사실을 이메일로 알려 드립니다.

Daram Account Deletion

If you can use the app, the fastest method is Settings > Daram Account > Delete account. Re-authenticate in the app to verify ownership and delete immediately.

If you cannot use the app

Email us from the Apple or Google sign-in email used for Daram Account. Use the subject “Daram account deletion request.” We may request only the minimum additional information needed to verify account ownership.

Request deletion by email

Deletion covers the account record across Daram apps, server backups, connected-app records, acorn earn/spend records, and the Firebase Authentication user. Ledger data stored locally on a device cannot be remotely deleted. After verification, we will delete the data without undue delay and confirm completion by email.
